The days where I have been ready to go out for the morning runs have been too cold. Maybe I need to start running at night? At any rate, I checked my <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Body_mass_index\">BMI (Body Mass Index)<\/a> and I am right at 24.2, which is classified as &#8220;Normal Weight&#8221;. I am, however carrying around a little spare tire, so I want to get rid of that, or at least lessen it! My main problem is lunch.
