{"id":22933,"date":"2006-10-27T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2006-10-27T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.takoyaki.org\/blog\/2006\/10\/27\/smart-playlists-redux\/"},"modified":"2006-10-27T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2006-10-27T06:00:00","slug":"smart-playlists-redux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.takoyaki.org\/blog\/2006\/10\/27\/smart-playlists-redux\/","title":{"rendered":"Smart Playlists Redux"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I posted this on the <a href=\"http:\/\/forums.ilounge.com\/index.php?\">iPod Lounge Forums<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>To build my smartplaylists, I use ratings and comments.<\/p>\n<p>My ratings:<\/p>\n<p>5=love the song<br \/>\n4=good song<br \/>\n3=ok song (don&#8217;t hate it)<br \/>\n2=hate the song and don&#8217;t want to hear it again<br \/>\n1=flag this song for editing<\/p>\n<p>Things I put in the comments field:<\/p>\n<p>Sleepy<br \/>\nSoft<br \/>\nSmooth<br \/>\nJapanese (I use this because I have tons of J-music, and a Jpop genre is not flexible enough)<br \/>\nFun<\/p>\n<p>Comments are fun to build playlists with, since they can be anything. The only problem is that it takes more effort to actually tag the song with the comment.
