But now Honda has admitted a problem with the 2nd gear of their 5-speed auto transmission in some Odysseys, Pilots, and Acura MDX&#8217;s and is recalling them for inspection and possible service. Not sure if our Odyssey is part of the recall as the article said &#8220;early &#8217;04 Odysseys&#8221; and ours is fairly new, but then again, it&#8217;s only April&#8230; Oh well. At least the inspection will be free.
