At 10pm I started getting the first signs of a migraine. I couldn&#8217;t see anything in front of me. It wasn&#8217;t really like a blind spot that I normally get, but was more like after you look at a really bright light. I immediately went upstairs to try to go to sleep, which is the only way to get rid of the migraine for me. I fell asleep before the headache came, but woke up at about 11:30 and my head was pounding. I was writhing in pain for about an hour and a half before falling asleep again. At 4am I woke up and the headache was gone, although if I shook my head, it still hurt.
