This year the theme is &#8220;Pledge Early, End Early&#8221; and is limited to five days. Last year was the first time I sent in a contribution, and this year I actually &#8220;became a member&#8221;. Woo hoo. Now I won&#8217;t feel so bad when they give the guilt trip. I wish there was a way to tune into a secret frequency that did not have the fund-raising going on for those who have already contributed. I guess if radio was digital, that would be easier to accomplish.
