I rarely swear or use the F-word, especially not in normal conversation. But when I am working in the yard, the “gloves come off”. Those weeds really bring out the worst in me. I’d say that 95% of the times I say the F-word are when I am weeding. Just thinking about those weeds is making me mad. Time to think about something else. 2008 Mar 19
Ever bought clothes that fit kind of funny? I bought some t-shirts from Old Navy yesterday, and when I put one on, it felt weird, like I had put it on backwards or something. The area around my shoulder blades seemed too tight, and there were little puffed up parts on the shoulders, as if they were left on a hanger or something. I turned the shirt around to see if there was a new style of putting the labels in the front, but nope, that felt even more strange. I even looked to see if there was an “Irregular” tag inside. WTF? Today I broke Mariko’s iPod while trying to replace the battery. Also, my Wii needs to be sent to Nintendo to be fixed. My dSLR is in the repair facility. And just now it seems that the power supply to my iBook is broken. WTF IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!! Oh, and some outlets in our house went offline. 2008 Jan 26

My copy of Endless Ocean is on its way from Amazon. But, I am searching for a nice scan of the Japanese or Euro version of the game, so I can replace the one on the American version. The Japanese and Euro versions have a really nice, subdued, classy font for the title, but the American version has a loud, in-your-face, “Sea World"-type font, and the silly tagline, “Dive. Discover. Dream.” Awful! If anyone can scan their Japanese of Euro cover art and send to me, I would be most appreciative!!! 2008 Jan 24

So I was at Target today buying some new jeans. But the sizing of Levis are just weird. I tried on a pair of some boot-cut jeans, at 30W 30L, but they were too tight. Then I tried on some regular fit ones in the same size, and they were pretty good. What gives? And whatever happened to shrink-to-fits that were popular a long time ago. The ones that you’d have to wash to get the correct fit. I think it was they would shrink 1 inch at the waist and 2 inches length. Good ol button-up 501’s! You know, I don’t think I have ever owned a pair of jeans that weren’t Levis. But it is funny, one of my friends said that our European coworkers once commented that Americans wear Levi’s too much. I guess it’s true. Oh btw Target has great prices on Levi’s. $19.99 for the pair I got! 2007 Nov 26
