Alien Ant Farm's Pee-Chee Cover
 I was at Best Buy at lunch looking around and this cd caught my eye. I have never heard Alien Ant Farm's music, but they have a cool cd cover.
A while back, I asked around the office if anyone remembered Pee-Chee folders, and most people didn't. I was wondering if it was a regional thing, or age thing. I didn't find out for sure... I posted a message about this on my site and my mom got me a couple colored Pee-Chee folders for xmas, which I am actually using. They didn't have the assorted colors back in my day, and some of the drawings have changed, but the original look 'n feel remains.

 Rei-chan: I remember Pee-Chee folders... maybe it was just California thing? Or maybe we're just old! (ek!) The only song I've heard by Alien Ant Farm that I took a liking too was their cover version of Michael Jackson's 'Smooth Criminal'... Have a good weekend... mata ne. -r

Genki? I asked a workmate of mine about Pee-Chee's, and he used them. He grew up here in Texas, so they had 'em out here.
erik: My Grandma had a bunch of those around when I was little, and so did my Aunt. Oddly repulsive imho, but just enough to be stylish. :-p
Cynthia: I moved to California from Ohio in 1974 and when the teachers told us to buy Pee-Chees, I had no idea what they were talking about. Of course I found out when I went to buy school supplies. It seems like everyone "customized" the drawings of the athletes in a similar way...skirts on the basketball players, track batons made into sticks of dynamite. I've been back in Ohio since '76 and haven't seen a Pee-Chee here until a few years ago. The pictures have been updated (which made me sad) but the useful metric conversion tables, etc. are still inside.
Britt: I lived in Ca and all my school days I carried many of Pee CHees. I moved to TX a few yrs back and now my kids are in school....but no Pee Chees. They don't even know what they are here. I too have asked around and no one knows what they are. SO tonight I am looking them up and found I am not the only one who knows what they are....
